Start configuration unit system

I'm using Ansys Mechanical 2023 R2 on Windows 11, and I’d like it to automatically start with the unit system (mm, t, N) instead of the default (m, kg, N).

Now I have to manually switch to millimeters and i want to skip that.

Is there a way to make Ansys always start in mm by default?
