Opening file in running MODE Solutions instance from command line

Hi there,
I was wondering if it would be possible to open a .lsf script in an already running MODE solutions instance from the command line, since I am working from git branches.
I am fairly new to Lumerical so my experience is limited.
I would be very grateful for any help or insights.
