Mesh WorkSheet Python Scripting

I am attempting to write a scripts which takes each named selection listed in the Mesh Worksheet and write it to an excel file. I am having difficulty traversing the named selection worksheet, various methods have failed. Any Advice? I am currently in 25R2.

For those who are interested, I had some limited success with the following approach.

Worksheet.GetNamedSelection() is very useful.

model = ExtAPI.DataModel.Project.Model

mesh = model.Mesh

worksheet = mesh.Worksheet


mesh_order = []


# Get number of rows

row_count = worksheet.RowCount


for i in range(row_count):

    try:

        ns = worksheet.GetNamedSelection(i)

        if ns:

            mesh_order.append(ns.Name)


    except:

        pass
