When installing SAF-CLI 3.9.0, I am getting below error even when installing it too far from the root of my D drive:
<
[...]
Installing collected packages: [...] cookiecutter, ansys-saf-cli
ERROR: Could not install packages due to an OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'D:\DTWebApp\ANSYSDTW_2026R1_WINX64\dtw\.saf-cli\Lib\site-packages\ansys\saf\cli\_solutions\templates\solution\{{cookiecutter.__solution_name}}\src\ansys\solutions\{{cookiecutter.__solution_module_name}}\ui\assets\icons\dark\carbon--ibm-engineering-workflow-mgmt.svg'
HINT: This error might have occurred since this system does not have Windows Long Path support enabled. You can find information on how to enable this at https://pip.pypa.io/warnings/enable-long-paths

It works if I install it in the D :\ANSYSDTW_2026R1_WINX64\dtw\.saf-cli folder, but I would like to know if that is a BUG or by design behavior?
Thanks
