Need help in Ansys Mechanical Scripting

Hello all,

I am working on Ansys Mechanical Scripting for doing automation in my work. I faced difficulty in finding API commands for doing two different  type of operations.

* In  static structural analysis having 5 load steps, I could find proper API to deactivate Standard Earth Gravity applied load, for first two steps
* I couldn't find proper API commands to edit or modify things in worksheet of Constraint Equation

I searched all relevant sources but no use, It would be grateful if any one can share these commands and their source

Note : I don't want to use PyMechanical and go with Iron python only

Hi Rohith,

'SetActivateAtLoadStep' is not working  for Acceleration also, but it works for Force.

I checked dir() and saw 'SetActivateAtLoadStep' attribute is not available for Standard Earth Gravity and Acceleration.

Hello @harinath514

I would suggest using Acceleration Load (value with opposite sign) instead of Standard Earth Gravity, and Acceleration has SetActivateAtLoadStep option.

Regarding point 2, let me check this a bit more.
