mapdl.post_processing.nodal_principal_stress("1") return result differ from Mechanical APDL GUI. other post process functions also exist errors when compared from Mechanical APDL GUI. although the error percentage is low, i still want to fix this problem.

Is the MAPDL result plot using Power graphics? It is the default, and looks like it is, but maybe not. Anyway the PyMAPDL native are returning the "Full graphics" result. Full and Power graphics can return differing values as they each handle averaging at the node differently. Mike
