Ansys fluent : problem in a VAWT simulation.

Hello, i'm having a problem when simulation a rotating Savonious turbine (2D). I defined two regions ; one is the big rectangle where the air flows, the other is the circular doamin around the blades. I put the latter on rotationnal mesh motion but it doesnt rotate around the circle axis but around an other axis. The image will explain the situation. Thanks in advance.
Another problem is that the circular interface is detected as a wall instead of an interior.
