Response Spectrum analysis exists without any indicative error.

I am performing a response spectrum analysis on Bushing assembly with three steps.
Step1. Static analysis to calculate prestress in the model
Step2. Modal analysis for prestressed model
Step3. Response spectrum analysis for given seismic input.
The model is having contacts and step1 and Step 2 are done successfully. However when I run response spectrum analysis the solution exits and there is no indicative error in the error file.
No. of nodes is approximately 21Lakhs.
However if I reduce the number of nodes to below 19.5 Lakhs response analysis is done.It will be good if you can provide some suggestions.
Earlier MSUP has been performed on the same machine for much higher number of nodes(around 26 Lakhs), Though it was random vibration analysis.
