The "most usual suspect", IMO, would be that the file that cannot be found is the MAPDL executable. So the first thing to check is 1) do the environment variables exist that hold the path info 2) if they env vars do exist do they hold the right path(s) or 3) does PyMAPDL have cached an outdated path.
