I am trying to import a new body that I will use as a Construction Body. When importing the new body, the calculation results are deleted. How can I prevent the deletion of results until the body is imported and its Treatment is changed to Construction Body?

Adding to the current answer, the results file is not actually deleted when you modify the model and the green checkmark goes to a yellow lightening bolt. This just indicates the results file is out of date. You can re-read it to force it back into date after doing any operations.

Since the calculation results can take up a large amount of space, re-reading them can be very time-consuming, and I would like to avoid that.

"If you load the geometry into "Geometry" instead of "Geometry Import", the calculation results are deleted (the .rst file is deleted during the loading process).

There may be situations where mechanical will clear results (delete the results file). After a solve, if you plan to make any changes, I would suggest moving the results file to another temporary location, making the edits in mechanical, then re-reading the results file back.
This will be the fail-safe method to avoid having results file deleted.
