For creating web apps there are lots of approaches and tech stacks; many of which have lots of examples. Easiest way to get started IMO is to use optiSLang's app generation tool:

The above training looks a bit dated and probably covers owa apps. Starting at 24.2, I recommend using the newer awa apps instead.
