I am working in Ansys electronics desktop. I have designed antenna in HFSS but having trouble with following things related to rectifier design and simulation in Ansys circuit (Nexxim):
i) Couldn't find HSMS-282e schottky diode in component library
ii) Need procedure or steps for importing HSMS-282E schottky diode spice model into Ansys circuit (Nexxim)
iii) Procedure for performing harmonic balance analysis for getting rectifier PCE and
iv) Procedure to get DC output across load
I couldn't find any resources related to them. Please help me with procedure or give link to related documents or tutorials. Thanks for your help.
