HFSS parametric analysis starts & ends too slowly

Hello, I'm doing HFSS SBR+ parametric analysis to get Doppler-range data varying the location of the radar. The problem is that the analysis starts and ends too slowly when the number of parametric variations exceeds thousands. It takes over 30 minutes per one termination. I'm using multi-core CPU settings for parallelization, and it seems like distribution of tasks and merging at the end takes so long.
This problem didn't appear when I conducted non-SBR+ analysis.
How could I solve this bottleneck?
