Copy timesteps (initial, min and max) from excel to Mechanical

Is there a way to apply timestep settings that are saved in an csv file into the analysis settings of Mechanical ?
For example in below image i have a set of step numbers and their respective initial, min and max substeps listed -

I want to apply these numbers to my model.

You can use the below snippet to achieve this -
