Does anyone know how to delete a results folder?

When I use the following:

ExtAPI.DataModel.Tree.Group.DeleteTreeGroupAndChildren()

I get an error saying that there is no attribute 'DeleteTreeGroupAndChildren'

This is confusing, since I am using the autocomplete.
