What command can be used to access model constants of Spalart Allamaras model on PyFluent?

I need to access the Spalart Allamars model constants and edit them. What command can I use for this?

This query has been addressed here. The turbulence model constants are currently not part of Fluent API. They will be available in future releases of Fluent.
