Can't install Granta SDK but I fulfill the requirements?

This was a customer question, reproduced here with identifying details removed.

I tried to install the SDK v2.1 but I got an error saying it is not supported? I don't understand; I have python 3 and according to the documentation my version should be supported. What's going on?

Details:

Windows 10
Python 3.8 32 bit
STK 2.1

This error is caused when attempting to install the STK to 32 bit python. The STK is 64 bit only.

Unfortunately this error is a pip/python error so we can't wrap it to make it more helpful!
