Determining the steady state convection coefficient in Ansys Mechanical

Dear Al,,
I am currently working on a 2D steady-state simulations for which I am looking to determine the boundary convection coefficient (which is of course wall temperature dependent...).
The situation is quite simple, see right after.

Basically, from my experiences I know the heat flux (constant) imposed at the top, I know the copper conductivity (considered as constant) and I know the temperature at some discretized points in the copper and I would like to be able to determine the convective heat transfer (wall temperature dependent) at the inner square. Any idea/strategy to propose me to do this with Ansys Mechanical ?
I have read some article about this kind of ill-posed problems but I was not able to find a situation quite close to mine...
