How can I automate the transition from transient to steady-state thermal analysis in ANSYS Workbench

I have a complex model in Onshape with multiple parts made of different materials (copper, metal hydride, and heating units). The model consists of 9 copper chambers surrounded by 24 heating elements, which are connected to each other. I've applied a transient thermal analysis with constant heat generation in all 24 heating elements.

How can I automate the process to stop the transient analysis when all 24 heating elements reach a fixed temperature (e.g., 100°C), capture the temperature distribution at that point, and use it as the initial condition for each component in the model to trigger a steady-state thermal analysis?

I'm using ANSYS Workbench
